Orders are processed securely through our payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location, holidays, or product availability.

Shipping policy:

  • Free shipping is available when you purchase 2 bags (mainland UK only)

  • You may purchase a single bag, but a £5.99 shipping fee applies (mainland UK only)

  • All purchases are limited to 2 bags per order

  • Non-mainland UK addresses incur a £12 flat delivery fee

  • Orders are currently only available for delivery within the United Kingdom

New customers are eligible to receive 20% off their first purchase on Greyhaven.ie.
This offer is subject to the following conditions:

  • Valid for first-time customers only

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our products (dog food and supplements), we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
